- The Competition will run from the 1st of February 2020 to the 30th of June 2020,
- Winners will be chosen by means of a random draw

The Prizes will consist of :
- 1st prize 2 Day Eland Hunt : includes accommodation for one hunter for two nights and Eland Bull or Cow , accommodation self-catering
- 2nd prize 2 Day Bluewildebeest Hunt : includes accommodation for one hunter for two nights and Bluewildebeest Bull or Cow , accommodation self-catering
- 3rd prize 2 Day Impala Hunt : includes accommodation for one hunter for two nights and Impala Ram , accommodation self-catering
- (NO PRIZE WILL BE NON-TRANSFERRABLE FOR CASH OR ANY SUBJECT AS SPECIFIED IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS)
First prize:
- 2 Day Eland Hunt
- Horn length not specified, bull or cow
- 2 nights’ accommodation included self-catering.
- Hunt images used in marketing material is not the actual animal to be hunted.
- A professional hunter will accompany the winner of the first prize during the hunt.
- Winner must be in physically healthy to participate in the hunt.
- The winner will be required to sign any and or all indemnities applied to the hunt.
- Subject to availability
- The dates of the hunt will be provided and confirmed on the final draw of the competition.
- Prize is valid for the Hunting season 2020
- Hunter keeps the meat
First Prize Excludes:
- Transportation to and from :
- South Africa (if applicable);
- Additional Transfers
- Taxes of any nature
- Passport Cost (if applicable)
- Travel Insurance and any other insurance of any kind
- Taxidermy fees and shipping of trophy
- Permits required by any country other than South Africa

- All activities not included in the prize

Second prize:

- The winner will be required to sign any and or all indemnities applied to the hunt.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Prizes are non–transferable and there is no cash alternative.
2. All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses upgrades etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
3. In order to enter the competition, you must download (purchase) the Africa Hunter App on your mobile device and submit the competition application via the app. Follow the competition button on the main menu of the app. A email containing your details will be sent to the Africa Hunters App team and you will be entered into the draw. The details that the winner provide when entering the competition must be true and accurate.
4. The participant must complete all necessary sections of the entry form in order to be considered.
5. Ineligible, incomplete or altered entry forms will not be considered and is automatically void.
6. The participant must share the Africa Hunters App Facebook page to his personal news feed OR write a review on the applicable Appstore.
7. These terms and conditions together with any specific rules set out in Competition Notices (as defined below) are the Competition Rules ("Rules") and apply to competitions ("Competition") featuring in any Africa Hunters App (Pty) Ltd, publications unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
8. Africa Hunters App (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or the Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Africa Hunters App (Pty) Ltd reasonable control. Any changes will be posted either within these terms and conditions or the Competition Notice.
9. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of the judge(s) shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
10. Employees of Africa Hunters App (Pty) Ltd or any associated company of Africa Hunters App (Pty) Ltd and their immediate families, persons connected with the competition/prize draw and their immediate families i.e. prize sponsors, newsagents, wholesalers & their agents are not eligible to enter the Competition.
11. By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Africa Hunters App (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
12. Africa Hunters App (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
13. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Competition, Africa Hunters App (Pty) Ltd in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these Rules.
14. Only one entry per person will be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this term by, for example, the use of 'brute force', 'script' or any other automated means, that person/those e-mail addresses will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
15. Africa Hunters App (Pty) Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Africa Hunters App (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Competition. Nothing shall exclude Africa Hunters App (Pty) Ltd liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
16. Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Africa Hunters App (Pty) reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners in any publicity both in paper and online.
17. Any personal data relating to entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s consent. Data relating to entrants will be retained by Africa Hunters App (Pty) for a reasonable period after the Competition closes to assist Africa Hunters App (Pty) to operate competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the Competition.
